Skiing Action
Some of you may not know this, but I've finally gotten into skiing this winter. My fellow coworker, Justin, hooked me up with some of his dad's old skis. This lead to a Sheboygan Salvation Army purchase of some sweet 1980s Dynastar Elle's. While I'm pretty sure they are "womens" skis, the white tops, purple and black bindings, and flourescent pink bases were too much for me to resist. I also managed to pick up a some matching white poles. After some free hand binding relocation in Justin's ski lab, the Dynastars were up and running. Never has a set of skis exuded as much style as these things. Observe the following evidence:

Bike Buildups
I hit up the Madison Bike Swap as usual this January. I picked up some pretty decent components for the mountain bikes. I'm planning on having the white Trek back up and fully functional for the coming season. That way if I say, break a frame, I'll have a back up bike ready to rock. I started putting some new bits on the VooDoo tonight.
In addition to some practically brand new Juicy Sevens (the old ones will get swapped over to the Trek), check out the girth on the Niner bars. At 710mm, skinny is a thing of the past. Check out the bright orange 26" rims in the background.
